Welcome to the official website of SD RWA, established on 26th January 2021. Our mission is to create a well-managed, safe, and progressive neighborhood in Dr. Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Membership Charges
Yearly Membership Fee:
< Each member is required to pay an annual membership fee of Rs.1,000. This fee must be paid along with the first monthly charges in January of each year.
Monthly Maintenance Charges:
Monthly charges are applicable to all properties based on their size and the number of floors. These charges are to be paid during the first week of every month.
For 160 Sq. Yards Buildings:
Single-floor property (owner-occupied): Rs.500 per month
Two-floor property: Rs.800 per month
Three-floor property: Rs.1,000 per month
Four-floor property: Rs.1,200 per month
Note: For rented floors, the monthly charge is Rs.500 per floor, irrespective of the number of floors.
For 80 Sq. Yards Buildings:
Single-floor property (owner-occupied): Rs.300 per month
Two-floor property: Rs.500 per month
Three-floor property: Rs.600 per month
Four-floor property: Rs.750 per month
Note: For rented floors, the monthly charge is Rs.300 per floor, irrespective of the number of floors.
3. Payment Schedule
The annual membership fee must be paid along with the first monthly payment in January.
Monthly charges must be paid during the first week of each month.
Late Payment Policy
If any member fails to pay the monthly charges for three consecutive months, their name and house number will be displayed on the website as a “Not Paying Memberâ€. This policy ensures fairness and accountability within the community.
Community Participation
Members are encouraged to actively participate in community events, cleanliness drives, and other initiatives organized by SD RWA. Active participation fosters a sense of belonging and contributes to the betterment of the neighborhood.
Code of Conduct
Members are expected to:
Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the community.
Respect the rights and privacy of fellow residents.
Comply with the decisions made by the association's governing body.
Avoid any activities that may disrupt the harmony and peace of the community.
Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website will be used solely for the purpose of community engagement and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
